Getting Over It Speedrun

When you start playing a new arcade that has to do with passing levels, all you want at first is to get to the end and that’s it. However, as you keep replaying the same locations and get better and better at it, it’s not enough for you to just reach the finish line. Set a new time record!

The game is basically the good old Getting Over It, but with a timer. Once you start your stubborn movement up the mountain hill, the timer will go off and you’ll see numbers flicking in the upper right corner of the screen, measuring the minutes it takes you to finish the level. And considering that it’s not the easiest game in the world, you may find it quite difficult to reach the mountain top having shown a more or less decent time result! Every time you fall, you will be thrown a few meters back and will have to overcome the same patches of your route over and over again. All this time the timer will keep calculating seconds and summing them up into minutes. So how long will it take you to deal with another level?

Cut a long way short!

As usually, the main hero will be starting his journey in the same cauldron, with the same sledgehammer. Equipped like that, he has to rise to the very top of the mountain that is not even in sight yet. On your way, you’ll see plenty of surreal landscapes that sometimes don’t seem to have anything in common with the mountain slope you’re moving along, and encounter various hurdles that you have to deal with showing miracles of motor skills. The slightest false movement of your fingers may result in a painful fall. So calculate each of them as accurately as possible!
